We want you to be fully satisfied with your Nottingham Forest FC official merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached, and include your completed returns form found inside your original delivery parcel.

  Packaging

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit, preferably using the original mailing bag or a suitable alternative.

  Postage

  Send your return via a tracked service to the Nottingham Forest FC Club Shop warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days, notifying you via email once completed.
